Before Blackbird, Justin was the Chief People Officer of Thumbtack where he oversaw the expansion of Thumbtack’s workforce from a team of 350 to 1,000. In addition to his executive role at Blackbird, Angsuwat is an advisor to three high-growth startups, including Balloon. Angsuwat previously served as Head of Human Resources for its GTM function.
